As a dental hygienist, patients seem to have a difficult time finding a good product to clean their dental appliances or retainers with. It seems as if most of them leave their clear aligners cloudy or not clean enough. I had been hearing amazing feedback about Steraligner so I tested it out for myself.

Why do you need to clean aligners?

Dirty aligners and dental appliances can cause lots of issues. Often times, these clear aligners and appliances can become yellow or stained overtime. Not only is this unappealing, but it can become a field day for breeding and harboring bacteria. This hazardous bacteria is the perfect storm for introducing dental issues. Bad bacteria from dirty aligners can cause you to have bad breath as well.

Steraligner Cleaner Solution

Many people seem to have issues finding an good solution to cleaning their dental appliances. Steraligner has come up with a great cleaner that works for not only clear aligners but also for many other dental appliances.

The Steraligner cleaner can work wonders for your appliances. It is a super powerful tray aligner cleaner that sanitizes and kills 99.9% of the bacteria on your appliance. This removes plaque and tartar buildup that can be found on your aligner. This aligner cleaner neutralizes stains and odors and also leaves behind a minty aftertaste. In turn, this promotes healthier gums and teeth.

Steraligner cleaner works its magic in as little as 3 minutes! Take your clear aligners or retainer out of your mouth and put it in the Steraligner solution. Then brush and floss your teeth. Once you are done, your 3 minutes are up and you will have perfectly clean, clear aligners.

Steraligner has made their solution an easy liquid form. No more mixing ingredients or dissolving crystals. Just pour in their measured out tray and you’ll get a deep clean in 3 minutes. They have perfected just the right amount of solution needed to efficiently clean and sterilize your trays or appliances. This leaves for hardly any product wasted which saves you money.
