You may not be able to use the regular floss when you have braces, so use a floss threader. It will help you remove food particles stuck in places where the toothbrush cannot reach.
- Use antibacterial mouthwash
Don’t end your oral hygiene routine at brushing and flossing. The next step should be using an anti-bacterial mouthwash. This is an excellent way to kill more bacteria. The mouthwash will get into the spaces between the teeth and kills germs that remain in the mouth after brushing and flossing.
